Cinquan Umar Muhammad hails from Washington, D.C. and is a writer, advocate, and founder of Synergy Advocacy Group. He is a justice-impacted community leader whose work focuses on criminal justice reform, reentry, food justice, and trauma healing. His advocacy is rooted in lived experience, community accountability, and the belief that dignity and transformation must remain possible for all people. Through writing, public speaking, and organizing, he uses his voice to challenge systems of harm and help build pathways toward healing, opportunity, and change.
